About Yogi Bri
Briana has taught private yoga, mindfulness, and culinary classes for the last four years. She began her yoga journey in 2011, at the peak of a personal battle with chronic pain and illness. Since then she has travelled and studied with a variety of healers, masters, and gurus to deepen her knowledge with wellness and spirituality.
Briana continues to teach and speak throughout the GTA and online to help build communities of happy, healthy, and peaceful people.
