Full Body Relaxation
Ahhhh… to relax.
Relaxation did not come easy to me.
I recognized that it was an important foundation to healing both physically and emotionally, but many years ago it was this elusive, confusing concept because my body was hard-wired to be tense, rigid, and in defensive mode.
In the video below I share a very effective method to release deeply-held physical and nervous tension being held in the muscles and structure of the body, and the various organ systems of the body.
