I’ve had the pleasure of taking part in yoga with Briana a few times now. I am by no means fit, and my muscles are also quite tight which can cause a lot of discomfort especially when I’m tryibng to stay seated in a kneeling position.  During our yoga session she helped me find a way to use props with my body – it worked brilliantly and I could comfortably stay in the kneeling position as well as give my muscles a fantastic stretch.

During the same session she helped me adjust my back while stretching, and with the slight adjustment she made, my back muscles really loosened up and the releif I felt was amazing.

Briana really motivates me to get on top of my health and incorporate yoga into my daily life.

I quit smoking 2 years ago and had put on 40 pounds.  The I injured my shoulder and had frozen shoulder which left me with a lot of lost mobility and extreme pain.  It was difficult to do everyday tasks without pain, like putting on a shirt or washing my hair in the shower.  At work, simple thigs like kneeling down and getting back up, climbing up a ladder, or turning a screwdriver were hard, and at the end of every day I would come home feeling extremely tired and in a lot of discomfort.  It was getting real hard to live like that – always in pain.

Working with Briana doing yoga a few times a week, I felt an immediate change.  I’ve lost that 40 pounds, gained back the mobility in my shoulders, and strengthened my muscles.  I’m able to live without pain.  I’m able to do everyday tasks and so much more at work without pain or feeling fatigued.  I now come home after work feeling more energetic, living a pain-free live.

Briana motivates and instills the confidence that pushes you that little bit harder so you will reach your goals and learn to love yourself a little more.  She has taught me and shown me the benefits of a healthier and more active lifestyle through diet and yoga.
